I love, love, love my Anova sous vide cooker. I use it for almost everything.
In my enthusiasm, I inadvertently submitted a post with no text! It still got the point across, though. We actually just bought a second Anova to keep out at the hunting ranch.

Your forum looks great! What a noble pursuit! Hunting is truly a way of life. We can embrace it or be miserable. After years of being miserable I finally decided to put on my hunting camp tiara and jump in with both snake-boot protected feet. Never regretted a minute!
